FROM HUELVA (SPAIN)

FLAMENCO SINGER

She was born in Huelva in 1989, daughter of a father from Huelva and a mother from Nervense. Although she had always felt a great attraction to the world of flamenco, as she is a member of a family with a great singing tradition, it was not until just ten years ago when this young woman was inclined to sing.

He began his artistic career in his hometown, starting in flamenco and debuting for the first time by the hand of the late Amparo Correa.

After a few years of training, he continued his studies at the Peña Flamenca de Huelva, more commonly known as "La masculina". He was a member for two years of his singing and dancing group, with which he toured much of the Andalusian geography.

In Seville he has drunk from the fountain of renowned artists such as Arcángel, Calixto Sánchez, Paco Taranto, Eduardo Rebollar and Paco Cortés, among others.

Despite the young age of this singer, she has extensive experience in the world of flamenco. She has participated in numerous flamenco festivals such as the "Festival Flamenco de Ceuta" and the "Festival Flamenco de Juan Talega", and in the "Jóvenes Flamencos" cycle sponsored by the Cajasol Foundation.

Cristina Soler has arrived on the scene to become one of the national artists of 2022.

From Puerta Real

Recorded in the mines of Puerta Real (Huelva, Spain), this cut is a set of tangos from Granada, with the collaboration of Rosario La Tremendita, a singer Cristina has always admired, and who shapes the entire vocal part. The piece is a composition by Juanfe Perez, where he speaks of his entire stage and journey in Granada. It is called 'Desde Puerta Real' because it tells the experiences of that wonderful city with its comings and goings.
